Your purchase includes the "Live Q&A" Bonus, which allows you to ask questions directly to Dr. Susan Hart-Cavallo (a $99 value). These sessions are typically offered at least once per month. This bonus expires 90 days from the date of purchase.

3. MEDIA AUTHORIZATION/RELEASE
During the Live Q&A, you are welcome to ask your questions anonymously via the live Zoom chat. However, if you choose to appear on camera or via audio, please note the following: By choosing to participate in any "Live Q&A" Bonus session, you expressly consent to the recording of your image, video, and voice during the session. You acknowledge and agree that these recordings may be published, shared, and distributed by Physicians HolisticHealth Alliance, their affiliates, or authorized third parties for promotional, educational, or other purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished recordings or any use to which they may be applied. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the live sessions.
