New Year Wellness Reset Workshop – Terms and Conditions

1. EVENT ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION
Upon successful registration, you will receive access to the New Year Wellness Reset live virtual event hosted via Zoom, including the Opening Call on January 24, 2026, and the Closing Call on January 31, 2026. Registered participants will also receive guided emails, a digital download, and temporary access to replay recordings for the duration of the event.

All replays will later be housed in the Acts2Thrive Membership Portal for ongoing access by Acts2Thrive members. Event participation access is for the sole use of the registered purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. RECORDINGS AND REPLAY ACCESS
Zoom sessions during this event will be recorded. Recordings will be made available to participants for a limited time following each live session and then permanently archived within the Acts2Thrive Membership Portal.

If you choose to appear on camera or use your microphone during live sessions, your likeness, name, and voice may be included in the recordings. By participating in any live component of this event, you grant permission for Acts2Thrive, Physicians HolisticHealth Alliance/Uthman Cavallo, MD LLC, its affiliates, and designated representatives to use these recordings for educational, promotional, or archival purposes without compensation or the right to review or approve such use.

If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you may participate via chat or by keeping your camera and microphone off.

3. DIGITAL MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All event materials, including recordings, slides, written guides, and any supplemental resources, are the intellectual property of Acts2Thrive, Physicians HolisticHealth Alliance/Uthman Cavallo, MD LLC, and its affiliates. These materials are provided solely for your personal use in connection with this event. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of these materials in any form is strictly prohibited.

4. REFUND POLICY
Because access to digital and live components begins immediately upon registration, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued after registration is completed.
